Dennis has served the Edmond/Oklahoma City market since 1974 and he truly is the Expert in his field.
     Dennis was awarded the prestigious award of "Realtor of the Year" for the State of Oklahoma. He is past president of the Oklahoma Association of Realtors, past President of the Edmond Board of Realtors - 2 different years, Edmond's Realtor of the Year and has his CRS, GRI and ABR designations.  He has served the Oklahoma Association of Realtors as a Political Coordinator.
     Dennis has been active in Edmond as a real estate owner/broker and sales associate since he graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Finance in 1975. 

His team consists of his wife, Judy and their son Matt.

 Judy has been in the real estate business since 1982 but it has just been since 1997 that she has been working with Dennis full time. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Edmond Board of Realtors. Judy handles all the coordination of listings and contracts. She follows all aspects of the paperwork, advertising, marketing, web presence and more from start to closing!

Matt has been with the team since 2001 after working in the restaurant business in Edmond. He has served on various committees at the Edmond Board of Realtors.  He also has a love for frisbee golf and helps coordinate Mini tournaments at a local course. Matt has grown up in a real estate family and is very familiar with the business and he is a hard worker.  His clients just love him!  Matt is a careful listener and he hears what his clients wants and needs are and works diligently to make their wishes come true!

Dennis has built a successful real estate team that has been the top team in listing, units and volume consistently since the beginning of Keller Williams in Edmond.
